2 Dead and 15 Injured in Assam Vehicle Accident

Samaguri, June 16, 2019:

A tragic incident on Sunday took away the life of a minor boy and driver and injured as many as 15 persons. The mishap happened as a result of a vehicle crash at Gotonga village under Samaguro tehsil in Nagaon district of Assam.

The vehicle (a Traveler) had a head-on collision with an overloaded woods truck carrying agar woods coming from the opposite direction. The traveller was carrying 20 passengers in it.

According to reports, the 15 passengers have been rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. The deceased have been identified as Ajmal Hussain and Suren Mazumdar ( who was the driver of the vehicle).
