2nd Arunachal Literature and Art Festival 2019 to Kickstart on Nov 8

Guwahati, October 23, 2019:

The 2nd Edition of the Arunachal Literature and Art Festival, 2019, will be held on 8-10 November 2019, at the Indira Gandhi Park in Arunachal Pradesh’s capital city, Itanagar.

Arunachal Literature and Art Festival is an annual event to celebrate creativity in all its forms.

This year, the organizers have tried to bring many known faces of the country from the field of Art and Literature under the same banner.

Danish Iqbal, a renowned Urdu poet will be a part of the event this year.

Tumbom Riba Lily, social activist and Sahitya Sammelan Samman’ awardee of Arunachal Pradesh, will also grace the event.

Renowned writer, filmmaker Anungla Zoe Longkumer from Nagaland will be attending the event. She is also described as a free individual discovering her way through the creative pursuit of music and folk tradition.

The festival consists of various sessions like the Confluence, Panel discussions, Book fair, Book release, Installation, Art Exhibition, Original Music Performance and Open Interaction with the prominent writers and artists from across the country.
