Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, daughter Aaradhya test COVID-19 positive

As per, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan test positive for #COVID19.

On the other hand, Jaya Bachchan, daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her children Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda have been tested negative.

Rajesh Tope wrote, "Smt.Aishwarya Rai Bacchan & Daughter Aaradhya Abhishek Bacchan have also been detected positive for Covid19. Smt. Jaya Bachhan ji is tested negative for covid19. We wish the Bacchan Family to get well soon with a speedy recovery,"

On Saturday evening, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan confirmed about getting diagnosed with coronavirus on their respective twitter handles.

Big B tweeted, “I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !t,” .

Within a few hours, Abhishek, son of Amitabh Bachchan also tested positive for the virus.

Abhishek wrote, “Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you,”

After Big B now junior Bachchan is also admitted to the Nanavati hospital and both the actors are undergoing treatment.

Soon after the news about Amitabh and Abhishek broke, the BMC team disinfected their house Jalsa. The Sanitisation process will also cover their other two residences– Pratiksha and Janak. Their reside Jalsa has also been sealed and declared containment zone.

Celebrities, politicians and fans are are praying for the quick recovery of the Bachchan family.
