Akhil Gogoi demands Assam Govt to expedite COVID-19 vaccine process

He further said that only 4.33% people in the state have received the second dose of the vaccine.
According to the Assam government, the state has reported a total of 33,961 Covid-19 cases and 398 deaths in the last 15 days.

According to the Assam health department, 85.41 lakh people have been inoculated till July 15 and out of them, 70.72 lakh people have received the first dose while 14.69 lakh have received both doses.
