Tinsukia, January 30, 2020:

Activists of the Tinsukia arm of All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) on Thursday confronted Minister for Food Processing and Industries Rameswar Teli with black flags. It was as a mark to protest against the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) move to implement the Citizenship (Amendment) Act or CAA.

“This would continue until the government scraps the forcefully implemented CAA on Assam. We welcomed the leaders of the BJP with black flags as a mark to protest against CAA,” said one of the AASU members on asking him about waving black flags at Teli.
