Assam: BPF decides to play a strong opposition's role in BTC, says Prabin Boro

While addressing a press meet at BPF party office today in Kokrajhar, BPF general secretary Prabin Boro informed that BPF has decided to play a strong opposition's role in BTC Assembly with constructive manner.

He further said that his party is fully prepared with mentally and physically to play a strong opposition's role in the BTC Legislative Assembly for maintaining healthy parliamentary system.

He informed that BPF's CWC meeting will be organised at Barama on Sunday in Baksa district where party is taking strategies to build strong party affairs in days to come.

He has said that BPF party has challenged with High Court to get proper procedure of government formation in BTC administration.

"Challenging to the High Court is a part of legal procedure to pave way healthy democracy phenomenon in the council.The High Court will pronounce hearing on December 22 over the petition filed against the UPPL led government",he said.

He has alleged that UPPL led government formation was not show properly procedure and was undemocratic.

Boro has denied that there was no meeting with Assam Health and Education minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati on Friday evening as news reported in news media.

He said that the news publicity in some certain media house was false and fabricated information among the society.
