Assam By Polls: CM assures hospital, Nursing school, revamped roads in Bhabanipur

BAJALI: Ahead of the By Poll elections in Assam, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma assured a 30-bedded hospital and Nursing home in BTR area of Bhabanipur in Bajali district.

He also assured that all the roads of the Bhabanipur constituency will be revamped with his help and BT Chief Pramod Bodo’s assistance.

While Speaking on the occasion he stated that the hospital, proposed by Pramod Boro, will be started within 3 months.

Along with the Hospital, the Chief Minister also explained the desire to set up a Nursing home.

“Recently… I noticed that several girls from the state have gone to Hyderabad for Nursing courses. Why do they need to go there? This means we are lacking something”, said the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister further expressed the desire Handloom production centre will also be set up for which the CM has assured an amount of 15 cr.

“We want that women empowerment. We want that the women folk should come out, do social work and progress”, he added.

Taking a jibe at the opposition, the Chief Minister said, “Ignore the lock and key and vote for Lotus and Tractor”.

Speaking further about his governance, he said that people gave the responsibility of the state to them (BJP) for 5 years and that the ruling party has been doing well for the betterment of the state.

“We busted 400cr worth of drugs. We also rescued 45 children from Sikkim. He said that within 5 years, state govt employees will be scared to ask for bribes”., he added.

While attending the public rally organized by BJP, UPPL & AGP at Rupahi HS School Playground, Bhabanipur LAC he urged people to vote for Phanidhar Talukdar.
