Assam: Children COVID Care Centre inaugurated at MMCH

Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday, 30 August 2020 inaugurated the special pediatrics unit- Bagri Children COVID Care Centre at Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati.

According to reports, the COVID-19 care centre specially for the children has a capacity of 55 beds.

Minister of Assam for health and family welfare Pijush Hazarika was also present during the inauguration.
