A strange life it was: Assam CM cherishes Lovlina Borgohain’s journey from a remote village of Assam to Tokyo Olympics

“After a wait of 125 years, Lovlina has given us what we had missed during these years. Lovlina is saying that she will bring Gold during the next Olympics but let me tell you the relevance of Lovlina is not when she would get Gold in the next Olympics. The people of Assam will always remember her for making the state proud by clinching the first Olympic medal.”
