GUWAHATI: The two-day meeting of Deputy Commissioners to be held from tomorrow in Karbi Anglong district of Assam would be chaired by state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The conference will be held at Diphu, headquarter town of Karbi Anglong district.
The conference will be attended by top officials from the state administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary of the Assam government, as well as the Commissioner and Special Secretary of all developmental departments and the Director General of Police, will hold a debate on certain topics.

According to reports, the apex summit would address government-related issues; the lined up program of assessment and discussion incorporates- creation of district infrastructure, land acquisition – allotment and survey of non cad astral land, food and civil supply under the realm of one nation one ration card, forest, Excise- PMKSY- Irrigation, transport and mines- minerals, power, social welfare, P&RD& livelihood, agriculture(PM Kisan), GDD( housing for poor), Jal Jeevan Mission, health, education, Fisheries PMMSY, PWRD (PMGSY) PWD (B&H).
