Assam CM holds meeting with state Medical Association to discuss their demands

GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today held a meeting with office-bearers of Assam Medical Service Association to discuss their demands and find an amicable solution.

The CM assured them to look into the matter of time-scale promotion of doctors, their cadre revision and bring in pay parity among doctors.

The meeting was held in presence of Health Minister Keshab Mahanta.

Informing about the meeting, CM Sarma tweeted, “Held a meeting with office-bearers of Assam Medical Service Association to discuss and find an amicable solution to their various demands.“
