The Assam-Mizoram border tension has gripped the area once again after a few shops were set on fire by miscreants. The Assam Police seems to be still silent over the issue.

Around five kilometers of Assam land are now under the clutches of Mizo Police but still no action has been taken so far. The Mizo police are moving around in the area with arms and ammunitions but miserably failed to control the situation that erupted in the border areas after the shops have been set on fire by the miscreants.

The Mizo miscreants are excavating earth with excavators within the five kilometer radius of the border to set up camp for the Mizo police.
