ASSAM: TOGETHERNESS AND REGIONALISM GETS DISPLAYED ONLY AT TIMES OF CRISIS: PRAMOD BORO

Jibing at the lack of inclusive politics in Assam, ABSU president Pramod Boro stated on the disguised bond. He also stated of the inequality among the communities of Assam. He stated " The ideals of bond preached is not reflected in reality, the mental gap exists. We are not entrusted with any role to play in the policy and decision making process. The leader stated that opportunities are not equally served which results in the rift."

When asked about his stand against the Citizenship Amendment he stated that since he hails from Assam he has to lend support and shoulder responsibility.

Thus such allegations call for an inclusive and humanitarian view point avoiding clashes maintaining integrity to retain the essence of the Assamese Society.
