Assam: Twitterati’s reply created storm over Assam’s politics

The politics of India is at stake.  Don’t believe us?  Wait, let us elaborate. In preparations for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, all political parties are busy releasing publicity stunts and everyone wants a good deal of drama!

Let us give you the idea of it. After Congress won elections in the heartland of India, they are busy implementing their schemes. For instance, the newly elected Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh have waived a large amount of farm loans. And the Congress president Rahul Gandhi is busy promoting his party leaders’ good deeds.

So now we come to the interesting part. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tweeted something related to Assam. Let’s have a look:

In response to the tweet, both the Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal and finance minister and one of the most renowned politicians of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, slammed the Congress president with epic replies! Check it out:

Himanta Biswa Sarma targeted Rahul Gandhi and stated that he failed to respect Assamese sentiments by linking the Assam government’s waiving of farm loans to petty politics.
