Veer Lachit Sena raises voice for upliftment of Indigenous people of Assam

MARGHERITA: With an Aim to safeguard Indigenous Assamese people from Exploitation, Political Conspiracy and other burning issues Veer Lachit Sena(Asom) has been raising voices for upliftment of Indigenous Assamese people so a powerful Digboi College Branch Committee was formed on Wednesday at Digboi College Campus.

The meeting was presided by Biplob Gogoi Assistant Secretary Veer Lachit Sena(Asom) Tinsukia District Committee where Veer Lachit Sena(Asom) Tinsukia District Committee President Pulekesh Baruah,Secretary Brighu Buragohain and Digboi Regional Committee Joint Secretary Riya Bharti and Bitupon Buragohain.

Biplob Gogoi said that since Birth Veer Lachit Sena(Asom) has been raising voices against the injustice towards Indigenous Assamese people and so for the year 2021-2022 a powerful 71 members Digboi College Branch Committee was formed with Rima Sonowal as President, Pari Gogoi Working President and Chandra Kamal Rajkhowa as General Secretary.
