PATNA: A woman from Bihar was administered two doses of vaccines, Covaxin and Covishield one each, within five minutes.

The woman has been identified as Sunila Devi. Her condition is stable and she is currently under observation of a medical team.

After the jab, health officials asked her to stay for five minutes for observation, and in no time a nurse came and administered another jab of Covaxin.

Though Sunila Devi has resisted the second jab the nurse did not listen to her, said Sunila.

The health department has, meanwhile, sought an explanation from the nurses at the vaccination camp, Chanchala Devi and Sunita Kumari.

The two concerned nurses have been issued show-caused notice and an explanation has been sought from them for their irresponsible behavious.
