BPF MCLA Bijit Gwra Narzary Joins BJP

BAKSA: Leaving Hagrama Mohilary’s side, Member of Council Legislative Assembly Bijit Gwra Narzary joined BJP on Thursday.

Narzary  officially joined the party at Guwahati in the presence of State BJP President Ranjit Kumar Das.

Adorning the saffron attire, Narzary expressed, "I consider this day to be a very good one for me. It has always been my dream to work for a national party and that dream has finally come true today."

Speaking on the occasion, Narzary thanked state BJP President Ranjit Kumar Das and said that he will try his best to work for the progress of the state by being a member of the party.

He further expressed gratitude to everyone in the party for embracing him as a member of BJP and said that he will sincerely carry out the responsibilities given out to him by the state committee.

Narzary had contested for the BTC Election 2020 from No. 26 Darangajuli constituency (ST seat) under the Baksa district.
