Chopped human legs recovered near Khanapara flyover in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Yet in another spine-chilling incident chopped legs of human has been recovered from Guwahati, Assam this morning.

According to reports, the severed legs we're recovered from a dumping site near Khanapara flyover.

The chopped legs were recovered from a plastic bag in the garbage dump site of GMC.

It was first spotted by garbage collectors of GMC when they come to collect garbage.

They immediately inform police about this.

On receiving information, police personnel from the Baishta Police rushed to the spot for further investigation.

An investigation on the matter is underway, however remaining parts of the body has yet to be found.

Further details are awaited.

It may be mentioned that this is the second case of such heinous crime reported from Guwahati city within two week.

Earliar a week ago, a woman in Guwahati’s Boragaon was found brutally chopped into pieces in her residence.

The deceased was identified as Antima Gupta wife of Santosh Gupta.

The deceased’s chopped-up body parts were discovered wrapped in plastic bags inside her bedroom.

Reports suggest that in this case, the woman’s husband has been held by the police.
