According to our sources, the man entered the bathroom in the RSS headquarter (known locally as Madhav Bhanwan) around 3 am, where he shot himself.

Kumar was a jawan serving under the 68 no. battalion of the CRPF in Tinsukia, and had been keeping the peace at the RSS Bhavan during the lockdown period. Kumar, aged 26, joined the CRPF in the July of 2014 and hailed from the Ghusia Kalan village in Bihar's Rohtas district.

Although it is not known why the youth committed suicide, his suicide note offers some glimpses into his state of mind when he took his life. The note that he left behind reads: "I was fed up with my life and I am committing suicide to end my own life. I am myself responsible for my death. I urge that no legal action be taken in this regard. Neither my CRPF department nor the police should take action."
