We are currently going through a major pandemic because of which we are now practicing social distancing. But shunning all society is not as simple as it seems. People are facing numerous issues in this lockdown situation. Some of them are not even able to talk about it or discuss it with anyone they are close to.

Due to the covid induced lockdown, now is when we all are getting to spend time with ourselves and our families. But there are still a lot of people out there who are stuck at places they do not want to be or find themselves in bad company.

A lot of people are complaining about sitting at home and getting bored but at least they should be thankful that they have the luxury to sit at home and get their meals on time. There are a lot of people who are still struggling to get back to their homes safe and sound. Some of them do not want to come back home because they a do not want to put their kids under the risk.

This is a time when we are finally getting to figure out who we are, to spend time with our relatives, partners without any distraction. It’s time to see things the way they are; to face reality. This is a great time to introspect and work on ourselves.

There are a lot of people dealing with negative and toxic thoughts or people who are overthinking in this lockdown. When that happens, you can ask yourself 3 simple questions:
• WHY ARE YOU THINKING LIKE THIS?
• WHERE IS THE THOUGHT COMING FROM?

More often than not, you will come up with good answers which will help you introspect and come up with solutions.

Lastly its important that you talk to someone if you are experiencing panic or anxiety. It is very important to ask for help. Reach out to your friends, family or anyone you can trust. Please do not keep it inside you. We all are in this together and everyone is going through different phases and it is completely okay to feel this way. Just talk to someone and you will feel better.

Stay Safe!
