The proposed system is a non-intrusive system that determines the driver's drowsiness and alerts him or her if it is detected. To determine the level of drowsiness, the system will continually analyse the driver's physiological and behavioral parameters.

IITG-TIC incubates such innovative activities and offers technical mentorship in collaboration with IIT Guwahati's research experts in the field.

professor Sitharam during signing the agreement said that in May 2020, IIT Guwahati launched an office of Dean for Industrial Interactions and Special Initiatives (II&SI) to improve institute-industry partnerships, technologies, and entrepreneurship.

He further appritiated their efforts and innovative idea in establishing the company and welcomed NRL to fund more start-ups from IIT Guwahati.

Both NRL and IIT Guwahati expect a substantial increase in high-quality products as a result of this collaboration, which will lay the groundwork for future collaborations that will result in self-sustaining innovations in a variety of fields of mutual interest.”
