New Delhi, November 27, 2019:

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday took part in the Republic Summit 2019, where he spoke at length about the concept of 'India First'.

During his interaction, the Chief Minister stated that although keeping  'India First' should be a concern of every citizen of this country, but that doesn't mean that one should become communal against others.

Speaking at the summit that was held in New Delhi today, Sangma said that the concept of India first is enshrined in each one of us. "But having said that", he added, "India is a very diverse nation and I think striking a balance between that is really where the challenge lies for all of us."
