Sushant Singh Rajput ’s sudden demise has opened up a can of worms and each day comes a new revelation in the case. Ever since the actor’s shocking demise, his fans all over the world have been demanding justice and sharing posts on social media. People have been sharing pictures and videos with the hashtag #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput and now it seems that the trend has also taken over the United States.
Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti recently took to her Instagram handle to share a post of a digital billboard flashing Sushant’s picture and calling for justice for the late actor in California. The billboard is in 880 north in California.
Taking to her handle, the ‘Kai Po Che’ actor’s sister wrote, “Bhai’s Billboard in California…It’s up on 880 north, right after the great mall parkway exit. It’s a world wide movement. #warriors4ssr#justiceforsushantsinghrajput#worldforsushant”.
In another post, she shared a video of the same billboard with the song Khairiyat from Sushant’s film Chhichhore playing in the background. She captioned the post as, “❤️❤️❤️ You are beating in our hearts #warriors4ssr#justiceforsushantsinghrajput#godiswithus #ssrinourhearts”
Not only this, she even joined an online protest with the name #Warriors4SSR on social media. Not just her, even the late actor’s ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande shared a picture of his mother and wrote, “Believe you are together!”
Even Subramanian Swamy became part of the same and shared his photo along with the hashtag.
The protest was initiated by Ishkaran Singh Bhandari, lawyer of former Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy who previously held #Candle4SSR protest that draw massive attention from people across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
On Rakshabandhan, Sushant’s three sisters wrote a message for the late actor. Shweta wrote, “Happy Rakshabandhan mera sweet sa baby… bahut pyaar karte hain hum aapko jaan… aur hamesha karte rahenge… you were, you are and you will always be our PRIDE! @sushantsinghrajput #happyrakshabandhan”.
On Friday, the Sushant Singh Rajput vs Rhea Chakraborty case saw many new developments. Rhea was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for eight hours in the money laundering case that ED had registered against the actress after Sushant’s family accused her of taking Rs 15 crore from the late actor.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has decided to hear Rhea’s plea related to Sushant’s father KK Singh’s FIR in Patna on August 11. Rhea had said that she fears the investigation won’t be fair if Bihar Police investigates the matter.
On August 5, the Centre told SC that they have accepted the recommendation to transfer Sushant’s case to CBI. Recently the CBI has recently registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her parents, her brother among the six people.
