Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 becomes worst rated movie of all time on IMDb with 1.0 score

Amid the ongoing nepotism debate, Sadak 2 continues to face hatred from the audience. Mahesh Bhatt's directorial comeback Sadak 2, starring Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt, has become the lowest-rated film of all time on IMDb with user rating 1.0

A few weeks back, after the release of its trailer a huge effort was made downvote the trailer by fans of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who died by suicide in June. Sushant’s fans have turned against certain members of the film industry, most notably by ‘insiders’, based on the theory that Sushant was ostracised for being an ‘outsider’.

“Absolute trash,” wrote one registered user.
“Is this movie a Joke or what!!!” wrote another user.
Adjectives such as “Intolerable,” and “unspeakable,” were used to describe the film.

Meanwhile, the trailer of Mahesh Bhatt's film has been the top trending video on YouTube India ever since it dropped on the platform on August 12. More than 70 million views and a million comments later, the film has achieved a rare feat of becoming the second-most "disliked" video in the entire world. Bhatt's movie currently has 12 million "dislikes" beating Justin Bieber's "Baby" (11.63 million dislikes) which held the spot for nearly a decade.
