Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ram Madhav on Sunday lashed out at TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee and alleged that the West Bengal Chief Minister has imposed a situation of 'super emergency' in Bengal on Sunday.

Upon being asked about Mamata's allegations against the BJP, he said that she has a lot of experience about 'super emergency' "If any part of India is under 'super emergency', it is in Mamata's raj in Bengal, where she has imposed super emergency. Otherwise, the country is progressing under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rule", he said.

Addressing the media here today, Ram Madhav said that he had come to Assam to discuss the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A in Jammu and Kashmir with senior leaders of Assam.

Speaking about the issue, he said that the people of the State have welcomed the decision of abrogating the Article and thanked senior citizen former President of Axom Sahitya Sabha Kanaksen Deka, for accepting the decision.
