Hek said the Rangmaw sub-centre is the first government project in the history of the state to be completed within a span of one year.

The foundation stone was laid on November 5, last year. “As far as I can remember in my five consecutive terms as an elected representative, this is the first government project which has been completed within a very short span of time,” Hek told reporters.

According to him, the Rangmaw sub centre was constructed at a cost of Rs 54 lakh and will cater to over 12 villages.
