Militant hideout busted in Shopian village of J&K

J&K, March 6, 2019:

A militant hideout was busted in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir and incriminating materials were recovered from there.

As per reports, based on a credible input, the police busted a hideout of militants in Kungnoo village in Shopian district. Incriminating materials were also recovered from the hideout and were seized.

Earlier in the morning, based on specific inputs about the presence of militants, joint forces launched a search operation in the village and a vast orchard area.

According to official sources, after searching for many hours, a hideout was found in the area.
