GUWAHATI: The Assam Government to provide separatist outfit National Democratic Front of Boroland (NDFB) chief Ranjan Daimary a VIP cell in Chirang instead of his current room at 10 APBn Headquarter in Kahilipara, Guwahati.
“After holding a discussion with all the concerned parties, the government has decided to facilitate him (Ranjan Daimary) a home-like environment in Chirang, but it has nothing to do with his release. That matter is sub judice,” said Urkhao Gwra Brahma, Assam Cabinet Minister of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes, speaking with the media persons.
