NEET Low scorer nearly doubles marks after rechecking, turns to be topper in ST category

In a recent development, a huge blunder by the National Testing Agency (NTA) was pointed out, when a NEET aspirant was virtually declared fail in the NEET 2020 mark sheet but based on his previous recorded response OMR sheet and answer key, the student challenged the result before NTA and later came out to be All India Topper of Scheduled Tribe category.

The NEET aspirant Mridul Rawat (17) from Rajasthan was given 329 out of maximum marks 720 in NEET 2020 results declared on 16 October but according to Mridul he was scoring 650 marks out of 720 on the basis of the recorded response sheet and answer key of NEET 2020.

Mridul tweeted to NTA after which correction was done, he said.

Mridul Rawat’s General category All India Rank is 3577.
