One severely injured in a tiger attack in Dhekiajuli

Guwahati, November 30, 2018:

One person was severely injured in a "brutal" tiger attack in Dhekiajuli.

The injured person has been identified as Raju Jena. He was attacked by the tiger while he was inside a forest area to get grass for his cattle.

Although he said the animal that attacked him was a tiger, there are chances of it being a leopard as well.

The forest officers are now trying to locate the tiger.
