Congress party has decided to remove Sachin Pilot as Deputy CM and Rajasthan PCC Chief. Vishvender Singh & Ramesh Meena removed as Ministers.

I regret that Sachin Pilot and some of his associates have been swayed by BJP's plot and are now conspiring to topple the Congress govt elected by 8 crore Rajasthanis. It is unacceptable: RS Surjewala

Sachin Pilot's nameplate removed from Congress headquarter in Jaipur after he was removed as Deputy CM and PCC Chief, Govind Singh Dotasra appointed as state unit chief.

Meanwhile, CM Ashok Gehlot has met Governor Kalraj Mishra, at Raj Bhawan in Jaipur.

In the midst of all the drama, Sachin Pilot has tweeted:

Sachin Rajesh Pilot is an Indian politician who is ex Deputy Chief Minister of the state of Rajasthan and ex President of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee. As member of the Congress party, he has represented the Tonk assembly seat in Rajasthan since 2018.

The ouster of Sachin Pilot has been linked to him going to BJP. However, he has previously tweeted that he is not joining the party.

The move has been compared to the recent exodus of leaders from Congress to BJP with the likes of Jyotiraditya Scindia leaving the party. Previously, famous leaders like Himanta Biswa Sarma have also left the party.
