Mumbai, November 19, 2019:

The Shiv Sena is willing to revive alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) if the latter responds to the 50-50 deal, said reports.

According to sources, Shiv Sena will be happy with its alliance with the ruling BJP if it agrees with the Chief Ministership formula.

It may be mentioned here that earlier, the Shiv Sena had broken up with the BJP following its demand for rotational chief ministership and a better share of ministries. However, the latter had denied the reports of such deal with Shiv Sena.

Shiv Sena’s talks are on to form the government along with the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and the Congress. The Sena, reportedly, claims that as far as the alliance with the Congress-NCP is concerned, when it comes to chief ministership, the party will only agree to an entire five-year term for itself.

Sanjay Raut said that by the first week of December, a Shiv Sena-led alliance government will be in power in Maharashtra. It will be a stable government.

Reports say that the BJP is pursuing the NCP Chief and is desperately trying to beat Shiv Sena’s power in Maharashtra.
