Alert police at Rangpo Checkpost saved the day for minor girls and their guardians. Four minor girls were stopped at the Rangpo Checkpost while crossing the border.

Four minor girls were stopped at the Rangpo Checkpost while crossing the border. Their guardians were immediately informed and verified.

Later, after proper verification, the minors have been handed over to the legal guardians. Guardians have expressed their gratitude and thankfulness to the police. The inquiry is being conducted into circumstances to rule out any wrongdoing.
