Sikkim chief minister's official Facebook account hacked; profile picture changed

GANGTOK: Sikkim chief minister Prem Singh Tamang's Facebook account has been hacked today by unidentified miscreants.

The Chief Minister, PS Tamang's official Facebook page "Prem Singh Tamang-Golay", which is a verified account, has been hacked.

Sources have informed that the page was hacked around 5 pm today and the profile picture was changed.

Apart from the change in the profile picture, Tamang's recent posts have also been deleted.

The chief minister's account remains 'hacked' at the time of filing of this report and police have begun an investigation into the matter. The miscreants remain at large.
