Three suspected NSCN-IM cadres killed in Arunachal

Guwahati, December 7, 2018:

Three cadres reportedly to be of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak Muivah (NSCN-IM) were shot down in a fierce gun battle between the Assam Rifles and suspected cadres on Thursday.

The incident took place at Liding in Arunachal Pradesh.

According to the Assam Rifles personnel, one of the three deceased has been identified as A Tangkhul, self- styled captain of the NSCN-IM and two AK-56 rifle, one lethod launcher and many other ammunitions were recovered from their possession.
