GUWAHATI: The United Liberation Front of Asom –Independent (ULFA-I) Captain Jugen Mili who is also known as Himalay Asom surrendered before Assam police today.
It may be mentioned that Jugen Mili's surrender has come months after ULFA-I senior leader Jibon Moran has surrendered before Dibrugarh police.
Mili, who is a resident of Disangmukh, Dokla of Sivasagar in Dibrugarh district of Assam has joined ULFA in 1996.
After spending more than 25 years with ULFA-I,Mili has decided to return home.
His last location was GMHQ Naimung.
