WILL THE WIND OF CHANGE REMAIN FOREVER?

Advantage Assam brought a big change to Guwahati which is often referred as the gateway to the northeast. Few days before the start of Advantage Assam, the entire city was given a new look. The city has been beautified right from the airport to Khanapara. Dighalipukhuri was given a complete makeover decorated with colourful umbrellas and flowers. This vast change of the city’s view states that the beautification of city happens only when a big event takes place in the city. Guwahati got a new look in the last couple of days but the big question is, will the government machinery be able to maintain beautification of the city or it will fade away with time?
