ALWAR: A woman in Rajasthan, who had gone to file a case against her husband in a matter involving dowry, has allegedly been raped by a Rajasthan policeman for around three days at Alwar's Kherli Police Station.

 

The accused sub-inspector has been arrested after the complaint of the woman, said Jaipur Range IG Hawasing Ghumaria.

According to reports, troubled by the harassment of her husband, the aggrieved woman reached the police station of Alwar to complain against her husband.

 

Taking advantage, the sub-inspector posted at Kherli police station allegedly raped the woman.

Crimes against women in India have reached an all-time high.

 

Many such incidents arise from different parts of the country, which raises many questions.
