COVID-19: Visiting Mizoram? Here’s the revised cost for quarantine facility

AIZAWL: The Government of Mizoram’s Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Department, in a new set of guidelines dated April 16, made the Government quarantine facility paid for the beneficiaries due to the government’s financial constraints.

After being tested negative by rapid antigen testing (RAgT) at entry points, all persons entering Mizoram must undergo 7 days of quarantine/self-monitoring either at home or at any other quarantine facility.

People who do not have a separate bedroom and bathroom at home may choose community quarantine/institutional quarantine at their own expense and must report to the entry point.
